OUR OATLANDS VILLAGE SHOP IS NOW CLOSED AND WE HAVE RE-OPENED IN OUR NEW SHOP IN WALTON-ON-THAMES!

Due to high demand for appointments and no shows in the past, we require a £10 deposit for every prom appointment. This is redeemable against a prom dress purchase (sale dresses included).

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded and every effort will be made to reinstate your deposit ASAP.

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. 

If you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. (You are also able to reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more before your appointment free of charge). 

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your deposit and if you wish to rebook, an additional £10 will be required. 

If you do not purchase at your appointment, we will honour the £10 redeemable deposit if you purchase within six weeks of your appointment.

Appointments are strictly 1.5 hours long. If you are late for your appointment, your time will be reduced accordingly. 

We prefer two accompanying parents/guardians per prom customer, however, if necessary we will accept a maximum of three. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate children.

Please do not make things awkward by turning up with more than three accompanying adults as we want to make it fair for everyone and we simply don't have the space. We are a small team and wish to give the best service possible to every individual.
